Last week, bulldozers showed up on the new parcels recently purchased by Boyd Hollow Resorts that run between the original parcels, and Chapman Highway. They have been clearing underbrush, kudzu vines, and have demolished a structurally-unsound garage/small barn. We are not aware at this point if they have permits or need them, and neighbors continue to keep an eye on the activity.

We certainly aren’t opposed to clearing out invasive kudzu or tearing down unsafe buildings, and hope that more  good comes of this purchase!
